Reasonable rooms, large shower, helpful staff, good location for restaurants and attractions like Spanish Steps and Piazza Popolo. Value for money, clean room, small surprise breakfast kit, perfect location for sightseeing. Charming hotel with coffee maker and kettle, comfortable beds, elegant entrance. Great place to start exploring Rome, everything as expected, friendly staff.

This hotel is right in the centre and in the heart of the city, making it easy to get to the many sightseeing places. The room was comfortable, clean, and well presented, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, with great restaurants and shops nearby.
The bathroom in the hotel could use some improvement, as there were some issues with the sink and the shower door.

Perfect location near Spanish Steps, Termini station easily accessible, friendly and helpful staff, clean and nice rooms, convenient amenities like coffee machine and refrigerator.

The location of this hotel was amazing, just a short walk from a main square and close to public transportation. The staff were friendly and spoke English well, made communication easy. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family of four.
It was confusing and I still don't know the exact reason for the switch.

I was actually surprised by my recent stay at this centrally located hotel. The room wasnice and neat, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast kit provided was a nice touch. The hotel's location made it easy to explore the city on foot. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Rome.
